Ticket Sales Information
Some shows for the 2020-2021 season will be general admission seating and some will be reserved seating. In order to assist family units to space throughout our venue, we are going to try to assist each customer individually on the reserved seating shows to select seats that will be socially distanced. We will have limited floor seating as we need to keep seats 10 feet from the band as well as keep family units apart. We ask for all guests who are able to climb please sit in the theater seats this year. As we start the season we don't really know how this will go, so please be patient with us and understand that our objective is to keep everyone safe in the new world we live in that includes the COVID-19 virus. We will sell tickets at the door and will be able to accept both cash and credit card. Ticket sales come off the web page 2 hours before every show. We will make a post if a show is sold out, but you can always call 606-945-5999 if you want to check availability or have any questions. All prepaid ticket sales are nonrefundable unless the show has to be cancelled but guests can transfer their tickets to a future show if they become ill and cannot attend.
Ways to Purchase Tickets
Online Ticket Sales-Easiest Way to Reserve Seats (Click to Reserve Seats)
The best way to make sure you have a seat for the show is to go online and use our new software to purchase your seats. You will be able to see what seats have already been purchased and select your seats. You can pay in advance with a Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express card. There will be a $2.00 fee per ticket to help us pay for the reserved seating service. Children 16 and under are free to get in to see a show, but you will need to reserve seats for them and the $2.00 fee will be charged for each child’s ticket. You will receive an email with your ticket that you will print out and bring with you so we can scan it when you arrive. Prepaid ticket sales are nonrefundable.
Call In Online Sales
If you don’t have Internet access and want to make sure you have a seat paid for in advance, you can call us at 1-606-945-5999 and we will be glad to help you secure your seat with a credit card over the phone. Someone on our team will help let you know what seats are still available and pick out the best option for you. We can take your credit card information over the phone and enter it in our secure website and you will be all set. The $2.00 fee per ticket will be applied. If you have email, we will email you a ticket to print out and bring with you. If you don’t have email, you can just show up at the door with a picture ID and we will take care of getting you a paper ticket for your seat. Prepaid ticket sales are nonrefundable.
At The Door Ticket Sales
We will be glad to sell tickets at the door for shows. This year, in addition to cash, we will be able to use a credit card. If you use a credit card the same $2.00 fee will be applied as online ticket sales, but no fee will be added for cash sales. While most of our shows will be available for At The Door Ticket Sales, you might want to check online or call ahead before coming to make sure there is still room available. We don’t want you to be disappointed when you come if the show is sold out.
Box Office Ticket Sales
We have set up a station for ticket sales at Rick's Music and Electronics located at 2833 Main St. in Clay City for those who are local or passing through the area that would like to purchase tickets. You can come in any time Monday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and Darren or Rickey will be glad to help you pick your seats and get your tickets. If you pay by credit card the $2.00 per ticket fee will apply but cash and check sales will not have a ticket fee.
Reserved Call Ahead Seating
For Meadowgreen Appalachian Music Park club members only, we will offer reserved call ahead seating for regular shows from October through April. With this option, we will mark your seats as reserved for any of the shows that you want to attend throughout the year. The tickets will show online as being sold so that nobody else will choose the seats. However, we will need to have you pay for the seats at least one week in advance. You can pay cash at the music hall the week before a show or you can call with your credit card at least a week before the show. If you use a credit card, your card will be charged the $2.00 fee. Cash sales will have no additional fee. If you do not pay for the seats by the Saturday before the show you tell us you are coming, we will release the seats to be sold online or at the door. This option will not be available on any special event shows that may come up throughout the year.
